We stand with baby Will

05 December 2022

One of DemocracyNZ’s core values is freedom of choice.

We stand with the parents of baby Will. There are many different beliefs when it comes to health. The important thing is that people must be allowed to make their own choice in matters of health for themselves and their children.

Why are our hospital services digging in their heels against this family? Does our government and bureaucracy just want to make a point?

DemocracyNZ stands with the parents of baby Will. We ask you to give them your support too.

Stand with them at the Auckland High Court on Tuesday, 6 December at 9am.

And join candlelight vigils being held on Monday, 5 December between 7pm and 9pm. Bring a candle, messages, flowers, family and friends - locations below.

• Dunedin - Queens Gardens
• Christchurch - Cranmer Square
• Nelson - Church Steps
• Wellington - Parliament
• Cambridge - Town Hall
• Auckland - Auckland Hospital entrance on Grafton Road
• Queenstown - Gardens
• Hamilton - Garden Place
• Mt Maunganui - seaward side of Mt Drury
